I'm currently at Suffolk university and I want to transfer to Northeastern University for sophomore year and I have a 2.8 GPA(I could of had a 3.6 GPA but I had a bad grade in one of my classes..) I'm retaking that class during my spring semester(which I'm starting now.) to have a better grade. If I do really good for my midterm grades will I have a chance to get in? Also I'm involved in two clubs.

Unfortunately, your current semester grades will not effect your chances, they will only serve as a requirement if you are admitted (e.g. you are accepted but you must maintain a 3.0 this semester). However, I do know someone who was admitted to transfer to Northeastern with a 2.5 gpa, so it’s definitely still possible.
