3.3 unweighted GPA, some honors classes and 4 APs (all in senior year). Also, my school has a dual curriculum (Jewish private school) so hopefully that will favorably affect my chances. In addition, my parents were going through a divorce my freshmen and sophomore years of high school, which I brought up on my application, and thus I believe I underperformed those years. Junior and Senior year, I am doing MUCH better.

4 Years of JV/Varsity hockey- captain of JV sophomore year, captain of varsity senior year

I am applying to Northeastern University, University of Maryland, Boston University, and some safe schools. What do you guys think my chances are of getting into those three schools? Thanks in advance.

So is the general consensus that I’m in good shape? Also I applied early action/priority to Northeastern and Maryland, sorry I’m just really nervous

Northeastern is a tough call. A few years ago you would have been fine, but every year they get more selective. They’ve jumped something crazy like 120 spots in US News in the past few years. This makes them very difficult to predict. If Northeastern is the same this year as it was last year, you may get in. The average SAT score is between 1850 and 2100. Unless you are a URM, you want to be around 2000.

You should be fine at BU. MD may be tough as I take it you are OOS.
