Has anyone been able to reset their portal password? Each time I attempt to do so the password reset link just fails.

I did not get any email I just checked the portal at 4:00. From mass btw
my portal was loading for ten minutes and I don’t even have a decision yet but maybe it’s because I’m from MD?
Emails tend to often be delayed as much as 30 minutes, so checking your portal on the hour can help to get your decision quicker. If you don’t have a decision currently, there’s no need to check again until 5PM EST, or likely longer depending on your geographic location.
