The letter says they got over 64000 applications and only admitted 2800. That’d mean their acceptance rate is only 4% I’m confused I thought it was much higher

@lizzy224 they admit more students than fit in the class since not everyone accepts the offer of admission. did it say they only admitted 2,800 or that 64,000 applied for 2,800 spots?
@lizzy224 they accept more than the class can hold so the acceptance rate is way above that.
