<p>A little surprised about acceptance but had a very strong connection though- probably will be attending!</p>

ECS; nothing super duper special but varied, with long term commitment and leadership positions
Essay: Good, but my supplements to other schools were better
Letters: good, but I imagine most people do, tried to get them to talk about me beyond classroom </p>
<p>Aid: 15K for merit, but NMF so could get 30K for that </p>
<p>Overall- I loved Northeastern and feel beyond blessed to be accepted. Just coming off some bad news from other schools this is what I needed. Sadly, a ton of well qualified peers of mine did not get in. Its not a crap chute, but hey there definitely are plenty of qualified people who cant be admitted, so for those of you who did not make it in, please don’t beat yourself up. We’ve all been there. </p>
<p>BTW from NJ, which normally hears around 630-8 and didn’t hear until 1015 so enjoy the long night. </p>
