Northeastern

Nothing very impressive, just wondering if reach or not. Also wondering about Rochest Institute of Technology.

GPA/Class Rank: 3.0...Class rank is unsure but probably top third.
SAT (retaking): 610/650 (Math/English) and 680 (10/12) on the essay portion (combined 1940).

AP: Taken- U.S. History (3), Biology (3)..Will be taking- Calculus AB, U.S. Government, and possibly English (recommended by AP English teacher, though I am not attending that class).

Classes:
All AP/Honors throughout Freshman-Junior Year (AP U.S.History, Biology) with the exception of H/AP English which I dropped Junior (I have palpable writing skills but tend to not get along with English teachers for some reason). 2 Years of a foreign language (French).

Senior year schedule:
-AP Calculus
-AP Government
-Honors Physics
-Pre-AP Computer Science
-Honors Computational Engineering Using Java (the last two via VHS, maybe be considered as electives as they are online courses, not sure)
-College prep English (Brit Authors/Classic Novels)

Electives:
-HTML/Web page design (excelled in, highest ranked in 2 terms. Experience in advanced html/php and use of Photoshop (7.0/CS))
-Art I

EC:
-Football (3 years V), Track&Field, Wrestling, Student Leader Program (PE assistant this year), part-time assisting with youth sports association (football).

Interests/Strengths:
I have an enormous interest in electronic gaming, computers, and technology, with (self-learned) knowledge of HTML, CSS, QBasic, and rudimentary knowledge of Java. I have exceptional writing skills (hopefully help me with admissions essays) and though I have tendencies to not complete work/procrastinate (resulting in lack/luster grades) I have a strong interest in mathematics and physics. I'm not particularly looking to play any sports in college but am willing.
