with the overdose of good weather this week, lets celebrate the best place in California!

hometown: colma (1:1,000 alive:dead ratio)
school: mercy B woot!

residence: monterey (1:1000 non-senior citizen: senior citizen ratio)
school: private school I cannot disclose

I can't wait to get out of here. We had fog and scattered rain all day long.

Dude. You guys are like... central california.

But, if it were divided into two equal halves, you would be in the northern half, I suppose.

San Francisco here!(and both Colma and Monterey are in Norcal)

isn't monterey in mexico?

Yes, there is a city in Mexico called Monterey, but I'm sure there is one in CA also...

Claytown (East Bay)

South Cali is the best forget north!

Yeah... SoCal is wayyyy better. :P

NJ > all

'nough said

Yeah... SoCal is wayyyy better. :P

Have you ever been to Socal or norcal? Norcal is way better. I used to live in SoCal (Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach) and it wasn't that great. San Fran, Oakland, Eureka. Berkeley, Sacremento etc... are all way better than any city in socal.

Drew00, diffrent strokes, diffrent folks.

Jonathan thinks socal is better than norcal.

You have a diffrent opinion.

I've just noticed that a lot people who say SoCal is better than NorCal have never been to SoCal or NorCal and have an idealized image of SoCal because of TV shows like the OC.

Socal is better.

And why must people represent. YO YO.

norcal ftw

No, I haven't been to California.

I like SoCal. You don't. So what?

I'm saying if I lived in California, I would live in SoCal. Probably LA or San Diego. NorCal doesn't have any cities with a population of at least 1,000,000. San Francisco only has what... 700,000?

i live in california. southern california to be exact. and i enjoy it down here. but i equally like visiting up north. it all depends on what you like. southern california is NOT what it is portrayed to be on TV, for all you people who think it is. those are a few select cities that are like that, and you have to be a star or own a company to live like that. yes, we do have beaches deserts and mountains, which i love. we have everything down here. and san diego isn't all that great either. it's ok. southern california has the most diversity as a region, and i love it here, but northern california is still fun too.

Like, word.
