Where did you see that
Northwestern Admissions Instagram page. They say they’ll email when the decisions are live so you can then check your portal. BUT if you’re logged on to your portal when the decisions go live, you will not receive an email and you’ll just have to refresh it to see your decision.
They specifically said the 26th of March? That’s awesome at least we have a solid date
Yep, that’s what they’re saying as of right now! And yes, GREAT to have a date. Wish everyone did that!

So I got called by a Northwestern an hour ago (I know it was NU because my phone labeled it as so and it came from Evanston), but I missed the call and was not called back or emailed or anything in the last hour (and no voicemail was left). Did anyone else get this call? I’m really trying to not jump to any conclusions so I’d appreciate any info
That’s weird; I did not get any calls from Evanston or anything. Any updates?
No updates yet. I emailed my admissions officer so I’ll probably hear back after the weekend and lyk what I hear.
My AO just got back to me and it looks like the call was nothing important from NU. He didn’t even recognize the phone number so it probably didn’t come from Northwestern; I honestly don’t know why my phone said that it did. Either way he said any important communication from them would be via email. Sorry if that caused any confusion!
They’re really giving me all this false hope with the residence hall emails

deferred ED applicant. 4.5 GPA, lots of extra curriculars, sports captain, IB diploma, 2 honors societies, service award, no test score. double legacy. my ed interviewer wrote a letter to admissions advocating for me and i followed up with academic updates and continued interest. what are my chances getting in regular?
