Yeah, I believe so at least. No clue if that’s changed this year or not though.
Yes, institutions requesting documents, sounds like they may do it for everyone requesting aid early on, some schools wait until they’ve made decisions (Brown for sure)
For internationals, you’re supposed to email them the docs. So no
Yes, I’ve read that, but historically Brown showing up in your idoc was linked to acceptance.
No withdraw button now.
I think the portal is changing for everyone; we can no longer link having withdraw to a sign of acceptance.
international applying for aid here, northwestern was in my IDOC since I submitted the CSS Profile, never sent any documents through email, but uploaded everything they asked on the idoc
Withdraw button gone as well.
I know 3-4 who had it and got rejected ED. DOubt it means anything at all
Interesting. I emailed them the docs and thus they never asked for those. When did they request these docs?
Email docs to northwestern?
Yes. I emailed it to them some time in late jan.
a couple of days after i submitted my css profile, a week max
Ahh. So it’s required for everyone ig?
i would guess so
Withdraw button gone
gone for me as well- do we know if this is a sign of something or just that they’re processing applications/decisions?
Our applicant’s withdrawal button is gone too but I assume since they are notifying in 4 days, that it’s normal to not have a withdrawal button this late in the process.
the decisions are coming out on Friday right?
