Northwestern ED chances

I applied to Northwestern ED this year, Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences to major in Biology and minor in sociology, on the pre-med track.

ACT: 33 (composite)
SAT subject tests: Molecular Bio: 700, Math 2: 690.
my gpa is a 4.68 weighted, which is mostly As/A-s with some bs and b+s as well. I've taken all honors courses since freshman year. For APs: last year i took AP bio and AP us history, and this year I'm taking AP physics C, AP psychology, AP calculus and AP english lit.
My essays are pretty good, and so are my recommendations.
I'm a white girl from a relatively well-off town in MA, and I go to public school (one of the best public schools in the state). I had an alumni interview, which I know doesn't hold much weight in the admissions process, but it did go very well.

Very good chance…great job; you’ve worked very hard in high school! I’d say 65% chance. :)

Overall, you have a decent shot. The 33 ACT is great, so is the GPA. The research that you also did is unique. Being far from home probably was hard! Anyway, the volunteer work is great. Good luck! Chance me back on my Northwestern Medill thread please?

You have a great application. The only downsides of your profile are your low SAT II scores and the lack of leadership in your ECs (though they’re very strong overall). If you’re rejected, I think it might be because of those things, or–more likely–because of the college’s extremely low acceptance rate.

I would say that your a competitive applicant (other than those SAT II). But, as with all top schools, many qualified student still get rejected, so I would say its a high match/ low reach.

Chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1581437-chance-me-please-dartmouth-ed.html</a></p>

You are a really competitive applicant so I’m going to say high match for you. I think the low SATII scores are not going to hurt you a lot and the ED might make up for that. Good luck! Chance back please? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1577460-chance-blue-devil-duke-ed-hopeful-receive-chance-return-2.html</a></p>

Low reach/high match
