Northwestern ED...please, please help!!!

<p>That's really the ONLY place I want to go.</p>

<p>SAT- 1360 (700 M, 660 V)- took again on October 9 but because of a testing irregularity it won't get to the school in time for early decision.</p>

<p>ACT- taking on Oct 23, I am getting 33's on the practice exams.</p>

<p>SAT II- this is BAD. Math IIC- 580
Writing- 670
Chem- 610
I'm taking Math and Writing over on November 6 and it's being sent directly to the school.</p>

<p>GPA- 4.6 weighted 3.98 unweighted
class rank- 1/448
course load- hardest, 13 AP's with A's in all of them.</p>

<p>extra curriculars-
-#1 singles and doubles on tennis team
-Operation Smile (secretary all 4 years)
-madrigals (honors choir)
-leadership diversity program for two years
-school musicals
-founder and president of young republicans
-founder and president of JAM jewish youth group
-BBYO
-french club 3 years
-NHS junior and senior years
-Mu Alpha Theta junior and senior years
-and some other stuff</p>

Recommendations- fabulous</p>

<p>So what kind of chances do you think I'm looking at?</p>

<p>Which school are you applying to? I'm applying to the School of Communication ED. Your essays, recs, gpa, course load, and perfect class rank should more than make up for your SAT II scores. I doubt that your SAT I scores will either help or hurt you. I think you stand as good a chance as anyone!</p>
