so they will sent out notifications through mails right?
i’m still waiting… though i got into duke…

Congrats to all who have been admitted!!

And guys who have received the housing email: Does anyone has any idea about where u r going to live this fall??

I am wondering whether there is any limits on transfer students’ housing options. What options are available to us? Or we’ll just make five options as we like? The deadline is July 16. We should start to think about is, right?

idk it says housing is guaranteed for only freshmen, i was gonna apply for on-campus housing, but if i don’t get in, probably they will find me some apartments near the school, i hope it’s not too far away from campus dat i have to bring my car all the way from california lol

i still havent heard… whats goin on

@wustlorcornel- why pick nu over wustl or cornell?

Athletics12- I still havnt heard yet either. They promise by the end of june, so hopefully this coming week will be the last week of waiting…

@Athletics12 for cornell, i got into cals, which is a good state school, but as im not a ny resident, no difference in tuition, and for wustl, idk man, i just like nu more than wustl, close to city, more international students, more prestigious (? to korean),
actually i was choosing between nu and wesleyan university, cuz i transferred from a very small liberal arts college, liked the atmosphere but wanted to study in a bigger environment, thou nu is way bigger than wesleyan, still was a hard choice for me, but here i am! decided to go to nu!!

howbout u Athletics12?
and i hope you get into nu!!

I received my letter of acceptance today in the mail :). Don’t be discouraged at all if you have not received yours yet, mine was postmarked June 25th.

Best of luck everyone.

congrats!
I still got nothing. guess i’ll have to wait till the end of this week or next week…

anyone else still not heard anything? I’m thinking that all decisions have already been made, and they are just slacking on mailing the tiny envelopes.

Heard nothing yet. What does the end of June really mean–all decisions made or mailed out? I am preparing myself for the worst, though I cannot possibly extinguish the hope by myself. It’s terribly torturous as Northwestern is where I want to go the most. Will they release the decision over the phone? To call, or not to call: that’s the question…

I’m going to call on Friday…but i’m pretty sure I should be expecting a tiny envelope, since it’s already the 30th and I’ve heard nothing…so i guess they hold all the rejects till the last batch…

ive heard nothing as well

I called today and they said “by the end of june we meant that all decisions will be mailed today.” So all decisions will go out today and we should look out for them in the mail. Best of luck

anyone else calling the Admission office today?
I am…although I’m expecting bad news (i guess they send out the rejections with the last batch…cuz they are insignificant) I simply can’t wait anymore…the wait has been dragging on for too long,

Hang in there all that are waiting. I have the positive vibe going for you!

Hey guys don’t worry at all! I got my letter today and it was postmarked June 30th! I got in so don’t stress out just because it is so late. I was worried but they said that the last ones would all be sent out on June 30th and you should have them by Saturday or Monday at the latest.
And also there is only one person who does ALL of the transfer admissions and that is why it takes so long for them to get done. Good luck!

They will just notify us by mail??? I am just afraid that it might be too late for me. I’m an international student. The result will determine the visa issue…

YAY. my FedEx package will be delivered today! So excited!

@mouse: Congrats! But how did you know yours was FedEx? The official answering the phone told you directly? Doesn’t it break the no-result-over-the-phone policy?
