<p>Does Northwestern allow admitted students to respond to offers of admission online, or did the decision have to be mailed? (I am declining.)</p>
<p>Same here. Just sent in the card yesterday. I tried to respond online as well; however couldn’t find the decline link.</p>

<p>xrCalico, I recommend emailing admissions by May 1st. In the email, also ask if you have to do anything else to formalize your decision. the earlier they hear back from everybody, the faster they can consider the waitlist pool.</p>
<p>I didn’t mail my card either but I sent in my deposit and received a confirmation email not long ago. Should I still ask them if I’m officially enrolled since I didn’t mail the card?</p>
