@jquery No, I did not apply to NU for freshman admissions. However, just my two cents, I don’t think you should be worried about reusing recommendations if you can’t find any better people to write a rec. While I personally didn’t apply to NU last year, I did ask some of the same teachers that wrote recs for me for colleges for freshman admission to write them again.
Of course, if you have other professors willing to write good recs, then ignore my advice, haha!
Do we have a check-decision system？ Or we can only wait for the email to know our decision？

@picksix congrats! I got into CAS 2 weeks ago, also from a USNWR top 5 and top nat’l private HS. But my background is definitely way different from yours, exact same SAT I & II scores though… Are you attending NU or waiting on more decisions?
I wish I could share more and give insider advice but I’m waiting on 10 or so more decisions, and have heard top AdComs occasionally browse CC.
