Northwestern Transfer Financial Aid

Hey guys,

I’m currently a college freshman who is planning to transfer. I noticed on Northwestern’s website that it generally won’t give Financial Aid to transfer students in the first year of transfer. I find this policy really odd and wanted to ask if anyone who transfer to NU got FA in their first year?

Same. Question. I read somewhere that if you fill out your fafsa early and are admitted and accept you stand a better chance of getting some financial aid. I think financial aid with transfers is more first-come first serve.
