<p>thanks ilana, the most important thing to them was that they would both get the same answer. they didn’t want to give up on NU so did early decision, but their biggest fear was being separated. ahhhh young love. so atleast they will still be together. and i think they are almost certain to get into U of Michigan. I wish they could be with you guys, you all seem like such a great bunch! Happy for you!</p>

<p>Filling out applications and supplements for half a dozen other schools. Applying to Tufts, Reed, Vassar, U of Chi, Tulane, Emerson, and U of AZ.</p>
<p>Not sure what stage of grief I’m in- I guess sadness still? I’m just pretty bummed. I’ve pictured myself there for so long, and it’s a real shame that all the research and thinking I did about it was for nothing.</p>

<p>I’m sorry for those of you who didn’t get in but I also didn’t get into my ED at another school when I was a senior but then I found out I got into Berkeley which was better. So it may seem like the end of the world right now but good things happen.</p>
