<p>@Destroyer: I would definitely recommend that you get a facebook for two reasons:</p>
<p>a) You’re cool, and we should be friends.
b) (more importantly) Having been in a dorm/college setting for two years, I can say that facebook can be an EXTREMELY useful tool. I use mine to collaborate and set up meetings with my classmates all the time. Given, it can also be a huge time suck, but we’re NU Class of 2015. Time management isn’t exactly a problem.</p>

<p>haha ya um haha have you ever read crime and punishment? Raskolnikov reminds me of myself. I tend to dislike most people! Because of this I havent met 1400 people like everyone else haha. Plus I moved from utah to vegas to portland to vegas again in a matter of 11 months and have almost zero actual friends. Soooo i don’t think it would go to much use but maybe i will for NU roomate stuff and whatever stuff</p>
<p>I have read Crime and Punishment! (I love Russian literature, in a masochistic sort of way.) And you’ll be at NU for four years, plenty of time to form strong friendships. :)</p>

<p>if you were denied admission during the ED round, can you still apply in the RD round? The denial letter my son recvd from NU did not say this - I think.</p>
<p>You cannot apply to RD unless you got deferred. You can, however, apply as a transfer student aftern one year of college elsewhere. I doubt we’ll do that, because they will hopefully get bonded with the college they end up at.</p>
<p>Say, is it strange for me to not have received an email yet? All the decisions I’ve been seeing have gotten me really antsy!</p>
