Applied as a transfer student, coming from a community college in CA
I am coming from University of Illinois
I applied as a mechanical engineer from a mid-size engineering college in the Midwest to McCormick.
Here are my stats:
High school:
Roughly a 3.3 GPA from a private school
Definitely not my best, but I turned it around in college.

College:
3.8 GPA taking standard mechanical engineering courses (calc, physics, etc.)
I know my high school grades will lower my odds, but I hope they don’t look into it too much.

It says admissions are rolling, does anyone know when they will actually start coming it though?
Has anyone gotten an email about missing documents? In my portal, it says that I am missing my transcript, even though I sent it a month ago. They haven’t emailed me asking for it tho…

Are we required to submit the mid-year report?

You can submit the midterm report as a “miscellaneous document” on the portal if you want, but I believe it’s not required. I suggest only submitting it if it’s going to benefit your application. If your midterm report GPA is lower than last semester, it might not be a helpful document.

I don’t think the decisions would come out this Wednesday since I was told that they just started reviewing. But it is very likely to see the first wave come out next Wednesday.

They started reviewing on March 15th. So as above like mid April they should announce. Oh no, can’t possibly be Friday the 13th… Lol
