Hello everyone, I'm really having trouble deciding which college I want to go to between Northwestern, Notre Dame, and University of Michigan. I'm hoping to go to medical school to become a psychiatrist or neurologist, and I'm planning to major in psychology (while meeting all pre-med requisites) during my undergrad years. I want to go to a school that have a good medical school acceptance rate, will give me a good education while not being too overwhelming, and where people enjoy having fun. I liked Notre Dame when I visited, but I'm worried about the boy/girl relations, New Haven being too boring, and parietals. In regards to Northwestern, I'm worried about the workload being too heavy, so I would spend all my time studying rather then having fun (I don't mind studying, I just want a good balance). For UMich, I'm not sure how good their med school acceptance rates are (but I've heard that their psychology program is strong). Any advice on anything I've mentioned is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ps. I'm also terrified of the organic chem course at Northwestern

Pss. By "fun" I mean parties, intramurals, socializing with other people, and other events. They don't have to revolve around drinking, but I still want the "college experience" and I would like there to be a variety if events to choose from in the weekends.

Undergraduate Residence Hall Visitation (Parietals)

The University has instituted a policy of limited parietal visitation in its undergraduate residence halls to foster the personal and social development of students and at the same time respond to the safety, security and privacy needs of those sharing common living space. Undergraduate residence halls will set their visitation hours within the following limits: visiting hours for guests of the opposite sex are not to begin before 9 a.m. on any day and are not to extend beyond 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and midnight on Sunday through Thursday nights.

Sorry, I was just at a Q & A for Yale and I mixed up South Bend and New Haven. Also, I understand that I have to get accepted first, but I’m looking for advice to help me make a decision after I know which one(s) I get accepted to.
