I was fortunate enough to get into Northwestern, Carleton, and Middlebury. I am still undecided as to which I want to attend, although I am leaning toward either Northwestern or Middlebury.

Could any of you guys compare these schools? I would appreciate it a lot.

i think that Northwestern is the best choice, but of course I am biased. If I were you, I would first figure out the following question: Do you prefer the resources of a large major research university or do you prefer the intimate setting provided by a small LAC. If you choose the former, NU is clearly the winner. If you go the LAC route, do you want to be in the middle of Minnesota (Carleton) or in New England? It is your choice. But I think NU is the best choice.

Also consider Northwestern's proximity to Chicago, one of the largest and most culturally diverse cities in the country. Then consider Middlebury's location in rural Vermont.

carleton is awesome although i didn't apply (i live in mn) but i would also choose NU, it all comes down to whether you want a big city with lots of opportunities or the tight-knit close relationships of a small lib arts college (middlebury)

for me, the former is more important, but its really a personal thing

i wouldn't say any of the schools is of better merit, rather just different strengths

All three are excellent schools, but Northwestern's resources, alumni network, etc. push it over the top. NU can open up any door you want to be open; unless you are extremely set on attending a LAC (which, judging my your current deliberation, you are not), I would be hard-pressed to turn down NU. But ultimately it's a personal decision--best of luck wherever you decide to go!
