I'm going into college undecided, but I'm looking at philosophy, political science, or something business related. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Emory (plus my best friend is going there). I haven't visited Northwestern yet, but I feel like it might be out of my league-altough they must have felt I was qualified in some way since they let me in.

I would go with Northwestern.

You should not feel like you are out of your league. Northwestern and Emory have many cross-admits so it’s not a surprise to be in this situation. That said, go where you are comfortable because they are both quality schools. Emory has a great b-school and, speaking as a major, our philosophy department is solid to say the least.

Northwestern! Chicago is a GREAT city.

I feel Northwestern has better faculty, but for undergrads it’s a matter of fit. I applied to Emory but not Northwestern FWIW (and ended up at Penn)
