<p>Haha. although, I got a 11K/year scholarship to NE which makes it more appealing...but NU is DEFINITELY superior in almost every way.</p>

<p>Northeastern has a strong CO-OP program. NEU educates a different student body.</p>

<p>lol. there's 2 northeasterns in the us right? as far as i know, the one in chicago is about as good as my local high school.</p>

The Northeastern University they are referrring to in this thread is located in Boston. they aren't referring to Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago
......Northeastern Illinois posts its admission requirements as
Must graduate from a regionally accredited high school and rank in the upper half of your graduating class OR have a minimum composite score of 19 on the ACT or a minimum score of 890 on the SAT......
Very different from Northeastern University and Northwestern's requirements!</p>
