Northwestern vs. WashU vs. Case Western

I was accepted to Northwestern, WashU in St. Louis and Case Western, but I'm on the fence as to which college I should attend. I'm planning on going into medicine, so I would really appreciate any information concerning each school's pre-med programs, medical school placement, average MCAT scores, or volunteer, internship and research opportunities. My parents are willing to pay for any of these schools, but they would obviously like to take the better deal. I haven't gotten any money from Northwestern or WashU yet, but Case Western is offering me a $25,000/year scholarship. Any thoughts?
