35 ACT, Siemens semi, nationally recognized pianist and played at Carnegie Hall. However, NW wasn’t my top choice and I applied just because…also, their interview system was really crappy and wanted me to sign up for some 1/2 hour block schedule to a place 1 hour away…some big BS right there so I didn’t even bother.

I was accepted to MIT, yet waitlisted to both Uchicago and NW hahahahahah. Some colleges are weird. I wouldn’t have attended anyways, so yeah.

Comments: Eh, I thought my Why Northwestern was really good, but I guess it wasn’t good enough. I might just be upset, but I think having a twin applying really affected my application negatively–by seeing her extracurricular successes where I wasn’t as strong, and them seeing my academic success where she wasn’t quite as strong, it made both of us look like we didn’t live up to a potential. I’ve already got some great choices, and no matter what happens next week, it’s going to be okay. Congrats to all who got in!
