Not a citizen = international?

I am a permanent resident of the U.S. but not a citizen. Am I then considered an international student when applying to colleges since I am a citizen of another country?

You're not considered an international student as most colleges consider citizens and permanent residents as domestic applicants. If you want to be absolutely sure, just check with the college you are applying to.

definitely not international

You are eligible for Federal grants and loans and it is highly unlikely that you would be considered international from a Financial Aid point of view.
They might report you as international in their statistics to boost their diversity, though!

okay, thanks a lot, i was worried - from a financial POV

no offence but people really need to READ the international students website before posting queries though its always easier to post here and get the answer.
