Hi there, I decided to become a member of this website with the hope that the posters will be able to tell me good schools for me to look into. I'm a junior girl from the tri-state area. I have a rigorous schedule with all APs (LIT, BIO, US & EURO) except honors Spanish and regular Pre Calculus. I achieve As in all these classes. I'm pretty sure I prefer a smaller LAC, but I'm open to other options. My psats were disappointing , but I plan on taking the SAT in March & May. I have a tutor and I'm shooting for 2000+. I have an SAT II under my belt in Chem after my sophomore year, I got a 740. I plan on taking more in June. I may take the ACT as well since I am not so math and science oriented. I have very good ECs which include a job, volunteer work, newspaper, church group, lax, National Honors Society, and Spanish Honors Society, and a few others.

I want to stay on the East Coast, but North or South are fine. I prefer no religious affiliation, and more rural areas. Smaller LACs are preferable, but if you have any other suggestions I'd like to hear them.
I want a place that has good professors and academics. I want to major in something history related as well. Also, a good party scene is cool :D

My only no-nos are West Coast and big state schools!

Please help! Thank you!
