Not another procrastination thread...

Yup, lets talk about the fears, stupidity, and repercussions of "procrastination".

I do procrastinate, its a *****. It kicks you in the butt if you do. It literally yearns for you to fail. Amazing.

Now I'm going to play piano before my piano teacher becomes appalled of my amazing procrastination skills..

peace boys and girls.

Here is yet another post brought to all the good people of CC by the one and only ArtOfMind_21. :)

You procrastinate?! I couldn't tell!

"Procrastination is the theif of time, but then again,so it homework"

That quote reminds me of when Ferris Beuller was faking sick:

"It's a little childish and stupid, but, then again, so is high school"

theif of time...wow...thats deep man...deep.

"Never put off until tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow."

amen to the above. I'm a major-procrastinator and I consider it an art rather than a vice.

Procrastination has served me well academically. Procrastination in conjunction with obsessive-compulsive disorder, that is.

Its sole repercussion for me is that I'm always tired. Even now that it's summer and I can sleep in as late as I want, I'm exhausted 24/7. I suppose that my constant tiredness is actually a result of sleeping in so late (when you wake up at 1 pm, you're naturally gonna be drowsy all day), which is a function of my school year sleeping habits (staying up super-late and having to wake up at 6, then attempting to "make up" my lost hours of sleep over the weekend [which is a phenomenon proven impossible but it seems to work psychologically], ending up in the same situation of constant drowsiness due to lack of sleep on school nights and too much sleep on weekends.) I like run-on sentences.

I wake up around 11am~1pm nowadays at vacation and I don't feel the same side-effects as you do, Poseur. ;)

But then again, I sleep at 12~1 am, so I get like...10~11 hours a sleep so I'm not sleeping extremely late.

zenythz, and I am quoting Mr. Krabs, "Then what is today but yesterday's tomorrow?"

^ Spongebob!!! <3

Haha

^ I love those who watch that show. I don't feel so alone. :)
