not done with 30 hours yet

I already submitted my transfer app, but, as expected, they said they wont even look at it until i have my hours complete

2 questions...

are all classes at 4 year universities generally transferrable? and is there any way i can check? (i will have completed EXACTLY 30 hours at the end of this semester)

will my chances be significantly hurt since they wont review my app for awhile? (i can send my grades at the end of april or beginning of may)

thank you!

You can check which courses are transferable from this link:
[UT Austin Automated Transfer Equivalency System](http://www.utexas.edu/student/admissions/ate/)

I have heard that those with more credits are given slight preference (i.e. those entering as juniors). I think you are slightly disadvantaged not because the inability of the admissions officers to see your entire application at once, but because you have less credits.

Just make sure to take somewhat easier classes (unfortunate nature of the transfer process) and keep your GPA as high as possible. You’ll get into UT eventually.

hmmm…i dunno if im using it right, but the link you gave me seems to only work if you go to school in texas

im oos is there anything else i could use or am i just missing something?

Just wondering, what are your transfer stats? I’m in the same position as you!

Yeah that link only works for Texas schools.
