hey all-
I'm transferring from-actually, "trying" to transfer from rutgers nb to a variety of schools, including uc-berkeley, umich, georgetown, upenn, and cornell.
My gpa from hs was a 3.1 uw, 3.7 weighted, with a 34 act, roughly 2270-2300 sat score. My college gpa is a 4.0, and my act a 35, to which brings us to my question: are there any merit based scholarships for 4 year university transfers? I've looked high and low, and all if these schools address scholarships for community college transfers. I do not qualify for financial aid, but I would like to help my parents in any way possible as I have two baby brothers and a sister who will soon be attending a top private school- aka over expensive mini harvard.
thanks!

Traditionally there is very little merit scholarships for transfer students, and generally not enough to make a dent in a 40K+ COA for a high-EFC family.

UC Berkeley won’t give you anything as an OOS high-EFC family. They want full-pay OOS students to boost their flailing budget.

I don’t know much about the others you have listed, but my sense is that there will not be major merit scholarships there either.
