<p>I finally visited U. of Miami and loved it! But I decided my other college choice would offer me more opportunities for what I want. </p>

<p>I put down a deposit on Miami as I had not had a chance to visit..any thoughts on if they would give me a refund?</p>
<p>They should give you a refund. But, if not, at least you were able to successfully put in the deposit to your other college. </p>

<p>No, they are not going to give you a refund. That's the reasons colleges require deposits.... Good luck elsewhere!</p>
<p>yea ur not supposed to double deposit in the first place.
You can do it and get away with it, but u lose the cash.</p>
