Not in good standing with last institution attended?

I currently received my rejection letter from Sacramento State University and one thing that it mentions is that I am "not in good standing with last institution attended".

What does that mean? I graduated on from high school on time and I'm currently a community college student.

It also mentions that I was rejected because I had not completed all my math requirements prior to applying considering that I'm currently taking intermediate algebra (Math 120) in Spring 2011 and intend to take statistics in Summer 2011.

But still, what is the definition of "good standing" with last institution?

Take this letter with you, and pop by your CC’s advising center tomorrow. They will be able to look up your file and tell you whether or not you are not currently “in good standing”. Then, if there has been an error, the counselors there can put in a call to their colleagues at Sacramento State U and ask what needs to be done to straighten out your paperwork.

Wishing you all the best!
