Here's the thing: what exactly do you mean by "party school"? Because most top colleges aren't the kind of school where there are many mad party going on every night night of the week including Tuesdays. But at the same time, most top colleges will have a party scene on the weekends, and that's probably what a lot of students will be doing, at least once a weekend (this is based on my experiance and talking to friends at other colleges).

PEPPERDINE!

1 best campus

4 best dorm rooms

19 least partying

6 least drinking

and its in malibu!

Pepperdine? Hard to believe that locale wouldn't inspire some Jamaica-esque behavior!

Yeah, what's with those Pepperdiners (is that right?).
Can't they do more with that environment?

Does anyone know how those party and drinking rankings are created?
Cause I think that it's a huge difference whether you ask students how often they party or how often they party on campus.

Bryn Mawr (#17 Stone Cold Sober school) has really strict on-campus party policies but after talking to current students I didn't have the impression that they don't party or drink. They just head off campus to do so (mostly to Haverford and Philly)

I always thought of Emory, Tufts, and Wm & Mary as moderate party schools for schools of their quality.

Carleton should be on the list before any of these three.

Arizona State actually banned parties on their campus. If you get caught with alcohol or any illicit substances, you automatically get expelled. It would be a wonderful school for you.
