Not received SAT scores

I took the SAT subject tests early December and you are supposed to receive scores by 22nd Dec.
I still haven’t received them 3 weeks later.

I have tried contacting college board by email and phone but I haven’t got through to them and the emails weren’t responded to other than the standard ‘we’ll reply within 2 business days’

Does anyone have any idea of what I could do?
And whether I should contact my colleges letting them know. I am international if that helps.

It’s most likely because CB is suuuuppper backed up with PSAT scores…I’d contact colleges if you need scores by a certain deadline because they way it’s looking, CB will be behind for a long time. Chances are, colleges are already aware of this.

I still haven’t received scores and College board still haven’t replied. What can I do?

I called, and asked them to mail them. They also gave me the scores on the phone at not charge.
