Not so much a chance as a question

So, basically, I kind of want to go to a UC like Davis or Santa Barbara. An I was wondering what my chances are/what I should improve. So here's my list of crap:

White/Middle class/very competitive high school

1 honors/1 AP (Japanese)

gpa uw: 4.00/ w: 4.06
UC gpa: 4.125

Going to have over 50 a-g semesters

2 letters of rec

SAT: M 680
CR 660
W: 600

Subject tests:
Math 2: 600 (yeah...)
Japanese: Haven't taken yet but it will definitely be high, 750ish

I do varsity track, will have 200 hours of volunteering at a Japanese pre-school, and have other various japanese related EC's that I don't really want to type out.

And I want to major in Japanese language/lit

My main worry is that not taking many AP/Honors classes will hurt me

Anyways, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

As far as you worrying about not taking enough AP’s, I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve seen a lot of people take many AP classes, do bad at them, and end up going to a worse college than those who stuck with the regular curriculum.
