<p>When you look at the profiles for colleges on the College Board website, in the financial aid section there is listed the number of students who applied for fin aid, the number who were judged to have need, etc. When they say X amount of students were judged to have need, X amount were offered aid, are they including loans in that number? Are the students who applied for aid and only received loan offers included as students who were offered aid?</p>
