<p>I took the ACT at my school, statewide. I got my score report back but it only says the month and not the specific day. That would be fine, except the Common App requires the specific day. Should I just make a day up? Because I honestly don't remember.</p>
<p>Your high school’s college counseling office should know the date the test was administered at your school.</p>
<p>Is the score you’re viewing online? If not, then I would suggest doing so.</p>

State mandated ACT test is usually not on any of those nation wide test dates.</p>

<p>Hey, I live in Tennessee and I know the date our school tested because it was posted on our website! Not sure if our school’s date is the same as yours but our state act was March 19, 2013.</p>
<p>That’s when ours was supposed to be, but it was postponed for some reason. I know it was in April, but I don’t know the date. I’ll ask my guidance counselor. Thank you!</p>
