not sure what to choose for a major...

i'm only a freshman, but i am always concerned about the future. i'm taking an intro to international affairs class and an intro to anthropology class and i love them both, for different reasons.

1.) international affairs: i've always been interested in how states (as in global states, not US states) interact with each other, and what political, cultural, and economic differences states have. i'm enjoying the course only because it is something i've never studied before and i find the material we study interesting (the events of kosovo, cold war, asian economic crisis, china's transition into communism, etc.) i went to college with this little dream of being an IA major and then proceeding in to gtown's graduate school of foreign affairs, and then getting an awesome job working in international affairs in DC or something.

but then....

2.) anthropology is really interesting. i love to study about different cultures and how culture is shaped. and the reading is always enjoyable.

i want to graduate from college with a major that can be applied to graduate school or some kind of career. i feel that IA is the way to go only because of our world's current issues. i just don't know what kind of career i can have as an anthro major. what does an anthropologist do exactly?

any advice in this area would be great.
