Not Sure Where I Fit In

Hi, I'm a junior in HS and not sure where to apply next year. I'm looking to stay Northeast , a school that's not too big, conservative, greek, or religious, probably more of a liberal arts type place, and a campus that's either interesting or beautiful (or both). Here are my Stats... (predicted for the end of my senior year)

GPA - 4.0-4.1 weighted, not sure about unweighted. My school doesn't rank, but I would guess I'm top 10%, at least top 20%, out of 2500 kids. I'm not sure exactly how competitive we're considered but I think we're up there

SATs - (I know they're not impressive) 670 Math, 680 Verbal, 720 Writing Total 2070 and waiting for my second scores from June.
SATIIs- Only taken Physics so far with 650 that I'll retake in Oct. along with French w/o listening, and either lit. or bio

APs- 6 total, everything else Honors or Pre-AP (same weighting as honors) and I'll finish math at calculus
Junior - English Lang (took Physics test) still waiting for scores
Senior - English Lit, Comparative Govt., Art History, French, Environmental Science

Activites/Awards:
Varsity Tennis (3 years)
JV Track (3 years)
Founding officer of the French Club (3 years)
NHS (2 years)
FHS (1 year)
3x Science League State competition (Physics/chem)
Physics Club (1 year)
Who's Who in America
HS spirit award for tennis
Nominated for Gov. School of science
National Merit Scholar PSAT 202
Employment:
Teaching community ed. tennis camp (4 weeks)
Working at tennis club (1.5 years)

I'm not sure where I fit in in terms of what colleges would accept me, which one are reaches, etc. I've used counselor-o-matic but I'm not sure how accurate that is and would really like other opinions. My ABSOLUTE dream school is Dartmouth, but more realistically speaking I was thinking TCNJ, BC (might be too expensive), George Washington U (might be too expensive), Colgate, Wagner, American U, Tufts, Rutgers, Elmira, Vassar, NYU, Lehigh... most of these are match/reaches, I'm still looking at safeties

If you can give me my chances at any of these or suggest another college I would really appreciate it.
THANKS

well do u have some kinda hook?

Not really. I don't know, maybe tennis. I really like it and play on varsity, teach it, and work in a tennis club, but it's not like I'm very good (I play singles for my school but we've never won States or anything like that) and I'm sure most good schools will have good tennis programs so I probably won't make the team. I was thinking maybe though for my essay I would write about working at the tennis club because tennis is such an international sport that I meet so many international people and see so many cultures. I find this really interesting but I don't know if colleges will care. That reminds me, I'm interested in finding good study abroad programs. That's why I considered Tufts.
