Not Sure Where To Look

Alright, so I want to major in art. I'm not entirely sure what exactly, but I want to do art. However, I also want to be able to take classes on religious and muticultural studies, possibly minoring in that, or even double majoring. I'd like to eventually be able to study abroad, but I'm stuck in a very tight financial situation so I'm looking only into Virginia (in-state) colleges, and hoping to get as much financial aid as possible. I've used college board to try and find a college with what I'm looking for, but either I'm just unable to find it or it seems to not exist.

I've thought about UVA-Wise, Christopher Newport, George Mason, University of Mary Washington...but I just don't know.

I've got a gpa of 3.88 with the 5.0 bump up or about a 3.6 without it from advanced classes. Not sure my class rank, but I'm definatly top half of the class. I have the ambition and motivation, but I guess limited direction is all.

Anyone have any ideas for where to look for where I should probably go?

VCU is pretty artsy, though it’s right in downtown Richmond.

Mary Washington is a rather nice, small school that has a LAC feel to it.
Otherwise, William and Mary and UVA are both excellent, but they may be reaches.
