Not taking any science courses until Spring of 09

Hi everyone,

I'm a social sciences major and have finished most of the pre-req's for my major for all of the universities I'm considering applying to except for a few that I'll finish this fall.

However, given the scheduling and the fact that I can't go to school more than two days a week this fall, I can't do any science classes. And I haven't taken any at all.

So the only classes the adcoms would see are in other areas. Will this affect my admissions decision? I'm planning on taking them in spring, but by that time the adcoms will be rendering their decisions so the grades won't really be there for anyone to peruse.

Advice?

Thanks!

They do expect you to take courses in the spring. It's not a big deal.

The concern for me is that they will think I tried to avoid the "hard" courses in hopes of having a higher GPA which isn't really the case, though it is an advantage given that the maths and sciences aren't my forte per se.

There isn't any problem having gaps in education; just be sure to explain this gap in education in your application.
