Not taking AP foreign language and SAT Physics

Because of unfortunate circumstances and ridiculous school policies, I will be in French 3 next year (senior year) instead of AP French. I will be taking, however, 6 AP classes (Calculus BC, Environmental Science, Physics B, Statistics, English Lit, Microeconomics). My previous high school record is not pretty, so basically only my senior year, and to an extent this year, look decent/good. How will not taking AP French hurt in the admission process?

Also, I plan to major in Astrophysics. As aforementioned, I will be taking AP Physics B next year (so I have to prior knowledge). But I want to take SAT Physics to show my interest in the subject, so is it a good idea for me to study SAT Physics over the summer and take the test in October? If not, how will this affect the admission process? Lastly, should I study AP Physics C next year along with B?

Note: I plan to apply to UCLA, UC Berkeley, and some prestigious private universities.

Help? Anyone?

explain why not AP french? if you already know french at that level, then just take the test.
also, if you are doing physics B, SAT physics is easy, so there’s no need for outside study.

I mean the class, not the test (colleges won’t know I will take the test anyways). I mean how will not taking AP French class (therefore it won’t appear on my transcript) affect the admission process for me. Will I be at a consequential disadvantage?

Um, I will be a senior next year (as stated in my opening post), so if I were to take the SAT Physics test, it would have to be at the beginning of the year. At that time, I will only be at the start of the Physics B course. So I’m asking 1) should I study SAT Physics over the summer and take the test and 2) should I take Physics C outside of school (since it will be related to my major).

Oh my bad, I didn’t read properly, thought you were a rising junior.
