Not the best GPA, what are my chances

My freshman year I was at a new school with a new grading scale and I stupidly didn’t try as hard as I should have. Freshman year I had around a 3.1 but brought it up to a 3.4 by sophmore year and should have around a 3.5 by the end of the year. I take tough classes including AP and Honors and I got a 5 on my Calc exam last year. I got a 34 on my ACT (35 superscore) and will be a National Merit Semifinalist at least. I also have some extra curriculars like volleyball, math team, science Olympiad, German club, volunteering, etc. Will my less than stellar GPA ruin my chances of getting into some top schools? I’m not talking Ivy League but Emory, Carnegie Melon, Tulane, NYU, Boston College, UPitt, Vanderbilt? Any stats would be appreciated

As a student currently at Emory, Emory see s like a slight reach but its possible as long as you keep an upward gpa trend and solid essays

I think with that ACT score you will be ok especially if your grades are at an upward trend and if your high school is very competitive.
