I read that message since months in the application system. But that document was definitely part of the package and they also processed other papers. Does anyone else have that problem?

You should try giving them a call to confirm that you have sent in that document with the rest of the documents that was processed - that way, you can still send in another copy if they really don’t have it. They may have just overlooked it or something.

I thought about that but I couldn’t find any contact in the application system. So I am confused. The other documents were processed on February. More than 2 months passed and I still didn’t receive another answer. Additionally, I read about successful applications here on collegeconfidential which makes me quite nervous about my own application.

Here’s the link to their website [How to contact us](Contact us | Undergraduate Admissions - McGill University)

You can contact them by e-mail or phone. I would suggest phoning them though to get a quicker answer. Sometimes they can take awhile to reply to e-mails. Hope that helps!

My application is part of a special scholarship program and there is an extra office for that. They called the application administration and send an email that everything should be alright. But “should be” is not quite certain for me.
