Not Your Typical "Chance Me"

I only say that because sometimes when I'm on this website I feel like I'm one of the only not looking at prestigious and elite schools.
Anyway I would be really grateful if you guys could give your chances of me getting into these schools, and also if you have any suggestions of other schools that you think would be good for me, even if it is a reach. I want to major in either Journalism or Public Relations with a double minor in Political Science and French.
So this is basically me:
-White female from NJ, middle class
-Junior at a public high school in a not so good area (though the town I am from is pretty nice, the high school has 5 different districts in it)
-3.4 GPA
-1860 SAT
-Freshman Schedule: honors algebra I, biology (it was the higher class for freshman but there is no honors bio), honors english I, honors world history, french I, concert band
-Sophomore Schedule: honors geometry, honors english II, US history I, french II, french III, concert band
-Junior Schedule: honors algebra II, honors chemistry, english III, AP US history II, AP french IV, wind ensemble (honors)
-Senior Schedule (tentative): honors precalc (I might switch this to AP Statistics), honors physics, AP gov, english IV, wind ensemble (honors)
There's also been a lot of electives sprinkled in there, mostly academic type electives.
-ECs: Marching Band since freshman year (going to be on leadership this year), Model UN since sophomore year, French Club since freshman year (I'm going out for an officer position this year but I'm not sure I'll get it), Action for Africa (just started last year) since sophomore year, French National Honor Society since the beginning of this year
-Work/Volunteer: babysit three times a week for the same neighbor since freshman year, Operation Christmas Child since 7th grade, going to start volunteering at my mom's work this summer, hopefully getting a job this summer too

I can't really think of anything else right now...Anyway the schools I have been looking at are:
University of Kentucky (my number one right now)
William Patterson University
Northern Kentucky University
American University
George Washington University
SUNY Stony Brook

So really it comes down to this, what are my chances at these schools? Do you have any other suggestions?

UKY: Safety
Stony Brook: Match
William Paterson: Safety
NKU: Safety
American: High match
GWU: Reach

Are you sure Rutgers isn’t an option? Or Rutgers is weak in French, journalism, PR or polsci? If you have 3.4 UW (and 3.5+ weighted) then it becomes a safety.

Might want to consider U Missouri.

I honestly just really don’t like Rutgers… I would love to get out of New Jersey (one of the only reasons William Patterson is on my list is for my mom’s sake) but I will probably end up applying there because it’s almost expected of kids from my school

Does anyone else have any input? Please?

dont mean to seem desperate but really, any input is helpful
