<p>Test scores (SATs, ACTs) need to go in ASAP. Transcripts go in in the summer after graduation to the UC you matriculate into unless they specifically ask for it, which happens to a small portion of the applicant pool. No recommendations are needed unless specifically asked for by the UCs, which occurs again to a small part of the applicant pool.</p>
