<p>Hmm okay so I called and the girl I talked to made no sense at all…it just made me more confused…I basically told her that its after April 1st and I hadn’t gotten anything. And she goes “Well you should get a decision by the end of the week” (hence tomorrow is friday)…and then I asked her about my online status and told her it wasn’t “acted upon” yet and she kept trying to work around my question saying stuff like “well decisions only come through postal mail and not online.” So then I asked her again why it hasn’t been acted upon and she said something along the lines of…“Oh, well everyone’s application is different and your status updates are usually in the order we receive things.” Does that make any sense to you all? She just made me more confused and I know she wasn’t hinting anything because I never gave her my USC ID or anything…</p>

i applied for usc ba/md and i only sent recommendations to ba/md admissions commission so maybe they didn’t forward it to the regular program admissions committee, probably ucla

<p>I just called, and asked what was going on. The counselor said i would get my decision by the end of the week. I asked her if the last wave was mostly rejections and she said “no definitely not” and then to clarify i asked if there were a fair amount of acceptances and she said “ohhh yeah!”</p>
<p>to sum up: for those who haven’t heard —> there’s still hope!</p>

<p>given the amount of spring admits we’ve already seen on here, i would say they were fall acceptances. don’t they only offer admittance to spring to 700 peeps or so? judging from her tone it sounded like a lot of acceptances, which probably wouldn’t all be spring. we also saw 1 or 2 peeps who were accepted for fall yesterday or the day before i believe..</p>

…I wouldn’t mind getting accepted for the spring…but if I got accepted to the fall it would just make it much that better.</p>

yea usc is number one choice because i’m natinoal merit finalist and i get half tuition if i go to usc</p>
