<p>From what I read, they mail it Dec. 11th, but it takes a few days to reach you--depending on where you live.</p>
<p>i turned in my application for RD earlier than the Early deadline...sigh, if only i could hear by december 15 also! how do u guys know if your application is complete? check status somewhere?</p>
