Hooks: I’m an Asian Female. I’m sure they have enough Asians. I think my internship helped, since they don’t usually accept high school students. I’m the first ever allowed to work in a lab.

On their web site it says “For Regular Decision applicants the online decision page will be available this year from 3:00 pm EST Friday, March 25th through 5:00 pm EST Monday, May 2nd.” So I would guess that most people will find out then–i.e. not receiving any email now doesn’t indicate anything positive or negative about your chances for admission.

Yeah, my package was included. It doesn’t look like I’ll be able to afford Wes, although I’m not completely counting it out just yet. I’d say that does have a lot to do with the fact that I haven’t really dived into the “WesAdmits” community.

suitcases–congrats on the acceptance. With regard to affordability, can I just ask how close the aid package came to the total cost minus the EFC calculated by FAFSA? Or did they wind up assuming that your contribution should be considerably higher than the EFC. Thanks.

Brownzilian - I’m international and I haven’t heard. That said, I applied for the Freeman Asian Scholars program and even if Wesleyan has already mailed something to me, I’m in Malaysia, it will take around 2 weeks for mail of any sort to reach me.
