@CCadmin_Sorin, I am having some trouble with notifications. The little red numbers in the upper right that show if I have a message (on the envelope) or a notification (on the globe) stay in place even after I view the message or go to the notification. So I keep thinking I have new ones when I don’t. This started right after I got out of jail last week. It lasted for a few days, then went away. Then I had the problem again this morning. (But notice now that it just went away). I am on a Windows 10 laptop. Thanks!
Ah… it is doing it right now. (Then I clicked latest posts on the left, and it went away. But that does not always work).
@intparent, my colleagues are still working on fixing the pagination issue you reported a while back. I’m assuming these glitches are all related. I’ll get back once the issue is solved. Hopefully everything will work smoothly after that. Thanks!
Well… this one doesn’t feel related (which is why I started a different thread). It is also more sporadic – it goes away even when you guys don’t do anything. It might be harder to track down.
I have the opposite (or a related) issue. I never get email notifications of PMs. Doesn’t matter how many times I try to reset that-- it doesnt work.
BUT, on a separate note, I see now that we can put 25 people on ignore. When did they increase that???
@jym626, sorry for the late reply. I was ooo for a few days. I’ve worked with the tech team to fix the email notification issue. It seems AOL reported our email as spam in feb 2014 (which is why you weren’t getting emails). This should be fixed now. I’ll send you a PM to test it out. Please confirm if you get it.
We’ve increased the number of people that can be ignored because of constant requests from the community.

That is fixed, thanks! But the popup notification seems to still be down for the count. Maybe that is a good thing
