<p>The Enrollment Deposit Form that came in D's acceptance package has the form they want you to send with your deposit if enrolling but also they want you to submit the form to tell them if you are not enrolling. </p>
<p>Has anyone emailed or faxed that in, or did you send it in the mail? It is due this Friday and we've been sitting on it since September.</p>
